The goal of this website (hereinafter referred to as “site”) is to provide you with access to a variety of pilot training products/subscriptions/services and related links to meet your needs. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before continuing use of this site. The below is the terms and conditions under which you may use this site or any related apps and services. By using this site the user agrees and is deemed to have agreed to observe all terms and conditions of use, including the privacy policy. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourselves with any amendment or alteration affected. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions or amendments you may not use the services provided by this site.

 

Detailed description of goods and/or services

Aeroversity is a business in the online education/eLearning industry that sells subscriptions to a question bank and mock exam platform for pilots and student pilots.

 

Subscription service delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and subscription service delivery confirmed by way of a confirmation email containing log in details for the eLearning platform.

 

Customer Privacy policy

Aeroversity shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for digital subscriptions provided by Aeroversity. By purchasing and using our digital subscriptions, you agree to abide by this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Disclaimer

a. Due to the online or digital nature of our subscriptions and the immediate access granted upon purchase, Aeroversity does not offer refunds for subscription fees once they have been paid.

b. Refunds will not be provided for any partially used subscription periods.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

a. Aeroversity may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:
– Billing errors made by Aeroversity.
– A duplicate transaction.

b. Refund requests based on exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of the subscription purchase.

3. No Refunds for Subscription Changes

a. Changes made to subscription plans or features during the subscription period do not entitle users to a refund.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

a. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Aeroversity and attempting to resolve the issue may result in the immediate termination of access to our services and legal action.

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

 

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Aeroversity via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

 

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Aeroversity separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

 

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

Responsibility

Aeroversity takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Aeroversity chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. a. Single Device Usage:

Users are permitted to link and use the Aeroversity mobile app on only one device at a time with their account. Multiple device linkages for a single account are strictly prohibited.

b. Enforcement:

Aeroversity may employ technical measures to enforce this restriction. Attempting to circumvent this limitation by any means is a violation of this policy.

c. Purpose:

This restriction is in place to prevent the sharing of subscriptions and maintain the integrity of our services.

To be eligible for a one-week free subscription, students must submit:

  • Questions that are not already in our database. Duplicate or identical questions will not qualify.
  • Feedback requested by Aeroversity as specified on selected questions.
  • Spelling errors in relevant questions. Students should provide clear and accurate information, including the spelling error itself and a detailed description of the issue.

c. Coaching Report:

When submitting new questions or feedback, Aeroversity reserves the right to request the corresponding coaching report at its discretion. This assists us in evaluating the feedback’s accuracy and pertinence.

2. Integrity of Contributions

a. Integrity of Intent:

Students are expected to submit contributions with the genuine intent of improving our question database and assisting fellow learners.
