If you cannot see a sign up form above, it is most likely because your Internet Service Provider’s DNS tables have not been updated recently. This issue usually persists for +/- 24 hours depending on which ISP you are using.
There are two options to overcome this, namely:
Option 1: Use a different ISP
Most users temporarily use a different ISP which solves the issue. Try switching from WIFI to mobile data and see if that works.
Option 2: Use a VPN
Using a VPN will allow you to bypass the DNS issue. If you have access to a reputable VPN, please enable it and refresh the website (use F5 to refresh).
