If you cannot see a sign up form above, it is probably because your ISP’s DNS tables are not updated. This is generally a temporary issue for Telkom and Afrihost users.
There are a few options to overcome this, namely:
Option 1: Use a different ISP
Most users switch to mobile data and that solves the issue.
Option 2: Use a VPN
If you have access to a VPN, please enable it and refresh the website. Using the VPN will allow you to bypass the DNS issues originating at the ISP. Refresh your page and you should see the log in form.
Option 3: Use the Opera Web Browser
Opera has a built in VPN that will bypass the DNS issues originating at the ISP.
Download Opera Web Browser, then follow these steps to activate the VPN:
- Open the Browser
- Open Settings >>> Advanced>>>Privacy & Security
- Scroll down and toggle “Enable VPN”
Copy this URL and paste it into the Opera Browser. Continue to log in as per normal.
